FAQs
Our event was designed specifically for pregnant women and parents and caregivers of new babies and children. From convenient lactation rooms to stroller-friendly aisles, we’ve thought of everything to make your expo easy and fun!
Food
UW Union South has a number of food for purchase options on the main level, including Prairie Fire Coffee Shop, Ginger Root, Harvest Grain, Cantina, The Sett, Badger Market, and Babcock Ice Cream.
Water will be available for all event attendees.
Parking
Nearby paid parking lots include Lot 80, Lot 17, and Lot 20.
Lot 17 (Engineering Drive Ramp) has the most spaces available.
Strollers
9in|9out will be stroller accessible – bring those little ones with you!
Lactation
We recognize everyone’s level of comfort for feeding babies or pumping milk in public spaces is different. We want you to do what works best for you.
In addition to lactation experts at 9in|9out, there is private Health Room – separate from the bathrooms, so that you can pump, feed, or calm your child (or yourself).
This fall, Latched Lake Country will be providing a baby scale in the room for anyone who wants to do a weight check or pre-post feeding checks!
Older Kids
Coming with older kiddos? Stop by the Kids Corner and enjoy an event activity with your not-so-tiny ones!
